Guarantee

All TVs and monitors have a pick-up and return guarantee of 2 years after purchase.
If something unexpected is wrong with one of our products, you can make a report by submitting an application at hkc-eu.12return.com.
After completing the application completely, you will receive a DPD return label from us with which you can return the product to HKC free of charge by delivering it to your nearest DPD / Parcel shop.
Once we have received the product, we solve the problem within  about 7 working days. Then we send the product back to you.

All our PCs, laptops and DVD players have a 2-year carrie-in warranty after purchase.
So if something unexpected is wrong with one of our products, you can make a report by submitting an application on hkc-eu.12return.com.
After completing the application completely, you will receive a DPD return label from us with which you can return the product to HKC by delivering it to your nearest DPD / Parcel shop. Once we have received the product we will solve the problem within 7 working days. We will then send the product back to you.

Note: never send accessories or accessories with the shipment. Any files from you that are on the device may be lost.
