To register your product for repair go to the site https://www.hkc-service.com/. There you can apply for repair. We will send you, after registration, a return label from DPD. With this label you can send the product back to us for free.
After arrival, our repair service needs an average of 7 working days to correct the problem. Then we send the product back to your home.
If the problem can not be solved, we will send you a new product.
It is important that you enter all the details here so that the service can run as smoothly as possible.
Please note that you do not send any accessories, these can be lost.
